Perfect portions, flavors, amount of heat for the Dan Dan, and a new favorite of mine. The shrimp was also cooked to perfection. Great place for lunch, or to bring a date with thier cute outdoor picnic table hutches.

If you’re in Cedar Park and craving amazing noodles, check out Noodle Alley! The chicken stir fry noodles were packed with flavor, and the spring rolls were perfectly crispy. But the real star was the Dan Dan chicken—absolutely delicious and so good. New craving unlocked! Will definitely be coming back!

My son took me to Noodle Alley for a sweet mother/son lunch date today, and it was such a treat! We started with the spring rolls, which were absolutely delicious—perfectly crisp with that satisfying crunch, paired with a flavorful sweet red sauce that made them even better. For our main course, we both ordered the Shoyu Ramen, and wow—the broth was incredibly rich and packed with flavor. It’s a lighter dish, but we both left feeling completely satisfied without being overly full, which I loved. We also tried their flavored teas—my son chose mango, and I had passion fruit—and both were so refreshing and the perfect complement to our meal. If you’ve never had traditional ramen before, I highly recommend starting here. The gentleman at the counter was so kind and helpful, taking the time to ask about our flavor preferences and guide us toward the perfect choices. We’ve already decided what we’re ordering next time—dumplings and the hot pot beef noodle soup! This place is truly a hidden gem tucked away in Cedar Park, so don’t miss it!

If you want some chewy fresh noodles, drive here and you won't be disappointed. Get the braised beef noodle soup, side dish of pop corn chicken if you want a sharable dish

The place is very nice. They have some nice wooden built seating outside, probably best when not hot out. The customer service is really good and accommodating. I tried the wonton in chili oil, and it was good, more oily than spicy. Then, I tried the Hotspot noodles soup, the broth was nice and beefy, and spicy, and the noodles were nice and chewy like ramen noodles. Then I had the Dan Dan noodles. Not quite like drunken noodles like I've had at other places, which were spicier. I like the ramen style noodles they used. The spicy like peanut sauce i was not used to, but it grew on me when I mixed them with the green sauce. Nice place to try out some noodles and dumplings. The have some soup dumplings that are hand made ad well as the bao, I will have to try them next time.
